What is included in our service agreement?

We work with your pace and your growth goals and manage all your grants from start to finish!

Our services start with the exploration of seed funding, and we follow your grant process until the final payment of your funding has closed and the report is submitted. 
If you’re already established in your funding journey, we do not want to disrupt the flow that already works for your company. We work with many companies that already have an established pipeline, and need help managing the caseload. We work in the format that works best for you.

In addition to grant consultation, we offer:

Do you work on success fees or flat rates?

Our retainer model allows us to be free from hour counting, and focus on results and outcomes. We do not operate on a success fee or an hourly basis.  Our retainers start at $4200 per month.

Is there anything you can’t do?

GSC abides by the Lobbying Act for Canada and does not advocate to politicians in the interest of our clients. We do network with lobbyists and politicians to stay informed of the current political climate.

We do not do grants for individuals, and are a B2B firm.

What is your win rate?

What really matters is how much funding your organization actually receives. Whether that’s from one grant or ten, we focus on meaningful results, not inflated stats.

That’s why we track our records based on return on investment vs. win rates. We aim to deliver real financial value, not just numbers on a report.

Our clients trend to see a return on their investment with us between the 4-6 month date after their first submission.

Do you offer an award guarantee?

No one can guarantee you'll be awarded a specific grant, and if someone says they can, that's a red flag.

What we can promise is a smart, strategic approach. We only apply for grants that are a strong match, based on solid research and direct conversations with the applicant and funders.

If it doesn’t look like a good fit, we’ll let you know. Once an application is submitted, some factors are out of your control, but working with a team that understands the process can give you a real advantage.
