  • What is the process?
Our first conversation is a 30-minute discovery call where we discuss what types of funding your business is eligible for. We will learn more about your goals and the pain points your company is experiencing and determine what grants could help your company grow with ease. Book a Discovery Call

  • Do you work on success fees or flat rates?
We offer both flat-rate pricing and retainer-based models; however, we do not operate on a success fee basis. • Is there anything you can’t do?
GSC abides by the Lobbying Act for Canada and does not advocate to politicians in the interest of our clients. We do network with lobbyists and politicians to stay informed of the current political climate. Book a Discovery Call
  • What is your win rate?
We don’t chase vanity metrics. At our core, we care more about the impact of the funding we help you secure, not just how many grants we apply for. Win rates can be misleading, especially if they're padded by low-effort, low-dollar applications. What really matters is how much funding your organization actually receives. Whether that’s from one grant or ten, we focus on meaningful results, not inflated stats. That’s why we track our records based on return on investment vs. win rates. We aim to deliver real financial value, not just numbers on a report. Book a Discovery Call
  • Do you offer an award guarantee?
No one can guarantee you'll be awarded a specific grant, and if someone says they can, that's a red flag. What we can promise is a smart, strategic approach. We only apply for grants that are a strong match, based on solid research and direct conversations with the applicant and funders. If it doesn’t look like a good fit, we’ll let you know. Once an application is submitted, some factors are out of your control, but working with a team that understands the process can give you a real advantage. Book a Discovery Call

  • Why is a 12-month commitment best?
We suggest a year-long partnership, as it allows us to thoroughly explore and track a wide range of funding opportunities for your business or organization. Since grant deadlines change throughout the year, having a long-term view gives us the time to craft strong proposals, research each funder carefully, build meaningful relationships, and handle any follow-up reporting after awards. We act as your dedicated advocates, focusing on strategic planning and steady, consistent effort rather than last-minute rushes or risky bets on a single grant. Book a Discovery Call
  • Why should I go with a grant writing service over in-house?
At Grant Solutions Canada, we bring specialized knowledge and years of experience that can be hard to replicate with an in-house team. We stay current on funding opportunities and trends, know how to craft strong, competitive proposals, and often have established relationships with funders. By working with us, your staff can focus on what they do best while we handle the entire grant process from researching opportunities to managing applications and reporting. This not only saves you time but also improves your chances of securing funding. While in-house grant writing can work, partnering with Grant Solutions Canada gives you access to a dedicated team with the expertise, flexibility, and resources to maximize your success.
